HIPAA Privacy & Security Courses for Business Associates These courses provide the foundation for understanding the privacy and security regulations for Business Associates who are now covered by the HIPAA privacy and security rules.  Each learner is licensed for both courses for one low fee.  They are the perfect courses for business associates who need to provide HIPAA training to their staffs.  These include billing companies, consulting companies, labs, or any other employer that has a business associate agreement with a covered entity.

Course Design and Navigation

The course navigation design ensures that learners interact with the training courses; not just click "Next Page".  Learners are required to complete all the interactions on all pages before they can advance to the next course page.  These interactions can include hyperlinks, mouse-overs, quiz questions and more.  This ensures that learners have to pick up their mouse and interact with the courses.  Learners must also pass the end of course assessments with a minimum score of 80% to achieve a Completed-Passed status in the LMS.
